Guest Services specializes in providing hospitality and association management services specifically for luxury condominium communities located in SWFL. Given the complexities of managing and operating a luxury association, every member of the condominium division are experts in their fields… from our district and general managers, to our accountants, to our housekeeping and maintenance staffs. We choose to only work with communities who need a full-time, on-site General Manager and affiliated staff, which can range from 1 additional employee to over 15. This dedicated and experienced on-site staff is focused solely on meeting the ongoing needs of the Board, Owners & Guests as well as the property itself.

A major differentiator of Guest Services is the level of on-going support that our on-site teams receive starting with the assigned District Manager. Our DM’s attend every Board Meeting and are an additional resource for the Directors as well as the General Manager. With each DM overseeing an average of 8 communities, they are able to become intimately familiar with the issues facing each property and customize the support they offer to provide the most benefit. More so, our local teams are additionally supported by various corporate departments such as Human Resources/Benefits, Payroll, IT, Training, Safety & Security and Quality Assurance.
